Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed and 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped.

Items are shipped using USPS unless another mail carrier is specifically requested.

If an item is damaged in shipping, please message us with photos of the damage as well as the packaging so we may submit a claim on your behalf. Damaged items will be assessed and replaced as determined through our messages.

We are not responsible for shipping delays. Once you receive notification that your order has been shipped, we've delivered your order to the post office and are no longer able to control mishaps that may occur within USPS or any other carrier. We are more than happy to inquire about delayed packages, and will work with you and USPS as shipping delays are frustrating!

Return & Exchange Policy

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

We gladly accept exchanges and cancellations. Contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
